Dear FutureMe,
I am Norman, Maybe you have already forgotten the letter you wrote 1 year ago. How is it going recently? Did you get a high GPA? Did you get a girlfriend(LOL)? Did you impress your professor a lot? However, the most important is did you still hold your original impression? Today is the 25th day I came to the US everything is new for me and I do not know how I can get used to it and get a good performance in those classes. But I trust you, you must already overcome those questions and continue your journey to the final goals. Besides, do not forget you have many friends and many families which could help you a lot. So I trust you could be stronger healthier and smarter than me now just like I am better than me one year ago. You know we experienced a lot to get here today. Do you remember what happened in high school and junior high school? What a mess isn't, it? So do not forget your past but also do not stay in the past. People always stay in the past can never own the future. So grab the things you can grab and do not be scared of talking to someone and questioning your professor. I know one year later will be more questions ahead and more things you need to do but I believe you can make it just like I will overcome the task ahead of me now. So enjoy the happy time you have now and thank me because you did not give up one year ago. (PS Did you get a new desktop now and play CS2 or Volant if you did drink one can of iced diet Coke or Monster drink for me now OK?)
yours sincerely,
Norman Zhang
