Dear FutureMe,
Hey you it’ll be one almost one year since you started anxiety medication (hopefully you’ve started). Things are a little crazy right now at home. Hopefully things have calm down. What will we achieve in this year? I want us to do great things. I know we can. You know I’m not one to be very optimistic but I feel as though I can do anything and we can. Mom always said we could do great things if we just applied ourselves. Well maybe all her ramblings have meaning. Your goals have changed a bit from when you where younger. Now you just want to be able to support your family and be able to take care of them in the future. I hope you still feel that way. You are loved and you are a good person. You are not a burden or a waste of space. The person in the mirror is a liar and you shouldn’t believe their cruel words. I have faith that when we talk again next year we while have made great steps forward. You can do this. Please don’t be to hard on yourself<3
