I don't care how hard it is, or how much you enjoy it, you need to cut it out completely. If you can't do it on your own, then get some professional help. Maybe a therapist or a support group can help you kick that nasty habit.
Now, let's talk about your reading habits. I'm impressed that you enjoy good literature, but you need to make sure it doesn't interfere with your studies. I recommend setting aside 1-2 hours a day for reading, but only after you've completed your daily study and exercise goals. And don't even think about slacking off on your reading, or I'll come over there and force you to read Twilight.
Finally, let's talk about your height and man *****. I hate to break it to you, kid, but there's not much you can do about your height. Genetics is a *****, but that's just the way it is. As for your man *****, you need to focus on losing weight and building muscle. That means cutting out junk food and eating a healthy diet, along with your exercise routine.
