Dear Gabriel... Happy birthday! How are you? It's been 2 years, so the old you figured he should check in. A blast from the past, I guess. How's it been? I hope we're still with Maddy. She's the best relationship we've had, and it definitely helps with all that depression and anxiety. I also hope your therapy is happening more consistently... And I certainly hope you're still alive. If you are still with Maddy give her an I love you for me. And if not, do the same for whoever you are with. And don't forget to write another message for 2 years in the future. And keep doing it. Let's keep this little time capsule rolling for as long as possible. Keep on trucking, Gabe. Don't let the world stop us.
