Well... The holidays are behind us and the old cold wet winter is upon us. Today though just damp and drizzley.
We just last week finished painting the living room and dining room. Thank goodness! It looks great and I am very please with the way it look.
Mara's 5th birthday is today. I wish I could attach photos to this email. She is just so beautiful... Don and I had Danny and Mara here while Jack and Mary went to a wedding in Ft. Myers, Florida. They came here last Thursday and this past Sunday, we went to Jack and Mary's to be with Sean and Liam. Jack and Cathy Tobin came down to take over for us.... :) The children are very very very busy little people.
This weekend we are going to Mara's birthday party at the Tobin's in Brielle, NJ. I am looking forward to seeing everyone... but I do hate the ride on the Garden State Parkway.
Don gave me money to put towards a new camera. I am still debating whether to get the Nikon D70s or the D200. Actually, I would really like to get the Canon 5D... but way to expensive and I would need all new lenses. I just hope the Nikon D70s and the D200 are better than Nikon's 8800. That is a really poor excuse for a camera.
Regarding family... I really love my children and grand children so much.... Susie (and Tommy and Matt), Laurie (and Gregg and Isabel) Patty, Jack (and Mary, Sean, Liam, Danny, and Mara), and Jenny (and Matt and Matt and Jack).. and of course, there are the Molinos Lisa (and Bart, Kristen, Ryan and Sean) and Patrick (Carla, Michael and Jeffrey)...It saddens me that some day I must leave them. I do pray to God that we will all be together forever in the hereafter. I have been so blessed by God. He has given me the most wonderful family and I thank Him especially for that. I wonder what they will be doing in 2011.
A touch of the news:
Yesterday, the leader of Isreal, Ariel Sharon, had a massive stroke and most likely will not ever recover well enough for public life. I wonder how it will work out.
Love to all,
Grandma Maggie (Magee(Tobin) Molino)
