A letter from Sep 1st, 2021

Dear FutureMe, Hey! The day is September 1st and its 12 am 🤣. I'm really nervous about my first day of 10th grade at a new school and I didn't even go to the orientation 😅. This will also be the first time we can't walk to school and have to use the subway. I'm nervous but hope all goes well. I hope you had your student ID pic taken good. I want to wear my glasses less like I only use them when I'm in class. I want my id pic to not have my glasses on. Everybody will be wearing a mask and it will be weird bc these people I won't even know what they completely look like and they don't know what I look like either. I hope I wear a good outfit ! Which reminds me I need a oversized gray sweater 🤔 😅. Also we won't have homeroom which is weird and we won't share the same classes as our classmates which means I will somehow have to find all of our classes by myself and can't follow my classmates. The anxiety I'm getting just from writing this omg 😕. We also have to pick between dance or weightlifting for our p.e class and before I was def dance but weightlifting sounds interesting and maybe building muscle isn't the worst thing but thats def a class that will have less girls in 😔 which I dont like. Ugh I just remembered when in 6th grade the 2nd day of school I couldn't find my homeroom and was the last one to come to class and I almost had a mental breakdown and was on the verge of tears trying to find my homeroom. I always tear up/cry before entering a new school so if you start having a mental breakdown in the subway I don't blame you bc the same thing happend in 6th grade. We also don't know anyone going to the same school as us except for that one new girl who came in 8th grade like in novemeber but bc of covid we never really became friends. Also you got your school list which is super cool and I hope you don't exagerrate on buying a lot. Also our handwriting has always been bad but its alright now it can either be messy or neat there's no in between. Oh ya I forgot that we may use led pencils now which is weird but I dont really want to kill anymore tress. Yikes just forgot we bought a box full of pencils for 8th grade that I haven't used up 😕. Also we don't have any notebooks.... weird. Well I think im done ranting and I hope you had a good first week of highschool. I also want to start wearing mascara cause 😩 they make our lashes look nice 👌. Okay bye ❤❤❤ queen 👸🏽
