Dear FutureMe,
Me in the Future
Me now, right now I'm in one of the last weeks of 8th grade. I am very excited that I am moving on from middle school and now proceeding to high school. This is one of the biggest accomplishments in the 14 years of my life. The years have gone by so fast that before I know it I'll be reading this in college and thinking of the progress I made so far and my bright future to come especially in my religious sacraments because recently I have received the gift confirmation.
My world, it can be a hectic place but I could not complain whatsoever although there sometimes could be unexpected turns of events but life is never perfect and I accept that. As a kid my job is just to study and many times I do slack off , my bad habit of laziness which usually ends me up in a bad direction when it comes to my world around me . Now that I'm changing my actions have changed my consequence is good which totally changes things. Good grades equals more time to do things I normally would not do and to experience new things.
The things I do are things that most kids would not have interest doing and turning it into a hobby like cleaning my bathroom or washing g the moldings in my house. This is just the tip of the iceberg but I wonder what would be my hobby, it probably would be something to do with my dream profession when I finish highschool which is to be in law enforcement. That would be an amazing accomplishment, maybe not like my hobby right now but the determination in my hobby could help with my future dream that I am trying my best to make come true.
My life is very interesting and there is always something new happening every day in my life. When I think I think about how blessed I am to have all the tools in my life to have a great future all thanks to my wonderful parents. Everyday is a special day because I get to have fun learning new things. When it comes down to the outside world it can be a very dark place but I have Jesus in my heart to light the way to a great life with challenge and reward. My Grandparents are also amazing people in my life and I shall say that they do spoil me a lot but I show my appreciation by helping them out and showing them love and compassion.
I really think that in the future my mom will not just be mom but an amazing grandma for my children which is crazy to think about but will come natural when the time comes. I hope the future for future children will not be as hectic and crazy especially in politics and racism that's happening in the world today and all the miscommunication and terrorism thats burning up the world. I'm interested to see how shocked i'll be about my predictions but one thing's for sure this essay will always will be cherished by me.
