A letter from October 25th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, I hope this letter is finding you well! Its kinda crazy that there’s a chance you will receive this one day and that it’s been TWO YEARS! Can you believe you’re almost 20?! Just to catch you up on where I am in my life right now, it’s the pandemic at the moment and it’s Sunday, October 25, 2020 at 12:05 am. I’m currently really alone right now and it feels like the end of this system. What’s going on in the future? Did they find a cure for the disease? Did I finally find a guy that loves me? Did I get over that one guy that broke my heart? How’s my brother? How is my mom and dad’s relationship now? What have you learned about yourself during this time? How does it feel to be an adult now? I love you Adriana, and I want you to be proud our how far you’ve come! You have never had the most easy going life, but that’s what makes you such a beautiful person. No matter how many times you fall, you stand right back up!
