TODAY’s DATE: 8/31/2020 Dear Ke’La , I am currently a Freshman at East Kentwood High School. This seems like a good time to record some of my beliefs, ideas, and choices, before I start Health Class. I want you to know about my current attitudes toward certain health-related issues and my commitment to specific lifestyles. This is how I describe my physical appearance: (health, weight, hairstyle, etc.) I am 5,5 or 5,6, I weigh 105 pounds, I mostly wear buns and ponytails. This is how I see myself: (friendly, outgoing, quiet, etc.) I am Kind, Friendly, and Funny This is what I like to do in my spare time: (hobbies, activities, etc.) I like to hang out with friends and family and shopping These are my three best friends and one reason why (we are friends) for each person: Dari because she is cool and would always stick up for me Kimarri because he is funny (I have more friends im just not that close with them) This is the kind of music I enjoy listening to, and these are my favorite songs: Any music except country and rock My favorite TV show and favorite movies are: Everything, Everything, The hate you give, and A wrinkle in time These are my favorite things to eat: Any food In general, I eat (healthy or unhealthy, explain...): in between healthy and unhealthy These are my views/thoughts on tobacco, cigarettes and vaping: They are so gross and they make your teeth ugly and puts a hole in your neck and its got gross stuff in there and always hold my breath when i walk past someone who is smoking because that is just as bad These are my views/thoughts on alcohol: Alcohol seems like it taste disgusting. These are my views/thoughts on marijuana: Its just as bad as smoking. This is my view/opinion on being ******** abstinent (waiting to be ******** active) before marriage or a serious long-term, committed relationship: Wait because thats nasty If I could make a change to improve the quality of my current life and health, it would be: Nothing because my health is great These are two qualities I like about myself: Im nice and caring I would like to change these two qualities about myself: Nothing These are some things I want to accomplish in the next four years: I want to think of a career that would be good for me. The person who has had the most influence on my life is: (tell why) My mom because she is the only one there My favorite teachers as I start high school are: (and why) I dont have a favorite teacher because I just started school a week ago My favorite past memory is: My sister being born because that made me happy because we were going through tough times when TT Tounies past just a week before and I was waiting to be a big sister my whole life and then I got that chance. So, this is just what I am thinking and feeling right now. These are the beliefs, memories, and moments I have had up until this point.
