A letter from August 29th, 2018

Dear FutureMe, I'm writing this in English class. Ms Compton wasn't here today so I have the substitute, Ms Rosie. She's a bit strange and was all like "but you have to write on your book, this isn't in the task list that you could do" so I showed her it and now she's letting me write. Her accent is also a bit weird. The task said that you were supposed to write a powerfully supportive email to yourself TEN years from now. But as you know, future me, I'm impatient and this email account (if it's my school one) might probably be deactivated by then since I have to move to that posh private school, TTS 😒. Oh and yes I just had to download the emoji one extension for chrome to get that emoji. So, sorry for keeping you waiting future me. Anyway, oh Grammarly just corrected that word haha (Please still use Grammarly in the future ts a life saver!! Otherwise, this email would be full of typos). Sooo, future me....HAPPY 12TH BIRTHDAY! I hope you invited lots of friends. Ha, now I'm sounding like a grandma even though I'm younger than you. Well, today I leave school early (what a relief!!!) but only to get... braces 😒. I'm probably guessing that you're even wearing them while you read this right now. Well, as of this moment in time 11:42 am Wednesday 29 August 2018, I'm not wearing them thank god. So, you'll probably hate me right now for not convincing mum enough to stay back at school and not get those awful wretched things for teeth!! Anyhoo, my appointments at 1 pm Vivo city with the orthodontist. Hopefully, this email helps and brightens up your 12th birthday even more birthday gal. Hopefully, you also read this on your mac air for some reason cuz I don't wanna read this on that stupid iPad for that TTS school🤔. Anyway, maybe you would have got your iPhone back by now *sigh* 😔 (I know your probably thinking I'm cringy AF right now using so many emojis). I'm hoping from the past right now that you really do open that coffee shop and Fernhill court doesn't get knocked down to the ground. Well... *Huff* what else can I say future me... maybe you really did get to go to NYC I hope 🤞. I'm wondering what the FutureMe "PRO!" version does.... idk?*SIGH* Well... I hope you got lots of great presents and finally got that dream stand mixer you wanted. Happy 12th Birthday!
