A letter from August 15th, 2018

Dear FutureMe, Hi! Right now I’m writing to you from my bedroom as a 12 year old. School starts in a few weeks and I’m SO excited! Anyways, your probably starting college soon. Do you remember how obsessed the old you was with college? Right now, I think you should go to Stanford, USC, or UCLA. Have you gone dorm shopping yet? If not, I bet your really excited to! Have you gotten any grade less than an A yet? Right now I haven’t, but I hope you haven’t either. How’d you do on your SATS and ACTS? I hope you got into Stanford! (But if u didn’t that’s okay..) As a 12 year old, ur friends are Liv, Margaux and Savannah, Paige, and Adi. Are you still friends with any of them? Either way, you should reach out to them and say hi! Is Teddy still alive? I hope so.... If he is, spend some time with him today. Anyways back to college.. I had the best idea to help you pack for college! You should make a packing schedule that splits packing up over a few days. Do you still have a bullet journal? Also, how are mom and dad about your phone? Can you have it in your room at night? (Cuz you can’t in the past...) I bet you can, since you are 18. Anyways, I hope your excited for college! Remember to be awesome! Love, Your 12 year old self!
