Time Travelled — about 7 years

Peaceful right?

Dear future me, You deserve the complete world! I am writting this at 20 years old and at this moment I feel like I am not doing anything with my life. But don't be hard on yourself. If you haven't found your nesh in the world. It's okay! Take your time theres no rush. Keep on going and just be you. Don't give up even if you think your failing in life. Here's a little trick to keep you on track: Stop what you are doing and read this right now... Do something everyday that make you happy for a minute at the same time everyday. This could be reading a book, meditating, learning a new language, yoga, excercise (something simple). Than gradually and slowly increase the amount of time you do this activity. But start small with only one minute everyday and build on it. I believe in you and you are capable for great things. But, don't push yourself to hard. Stop what you are doing! I want you to Breath in and out right now. I want you to be kind to yourself. I want you to love every inch of your body even those thighs. I want you to smile even when it doesn't make sense and than smile even more. I want you to laugh like you've never laughed before. Also, Don't be afraid to cry and let out the emotions life is tough ( I know how you feel). But after that I want you to get back up and fight even harder. No matter where you are in life right now either rich or the poorest of the poor. It's okay, I am proud of you either way. You are perfect unperfect as you are. I want you to never give up on yourself! I don't want you to listen to people who are bringing you down or being negative towards you. The important thing is you keep on going and never give up. I don't care if your married, single or in a relationship. I BELIEVE IN YOU WAIMAPUNA! AND I lOVE YOU SO MUCH! You are doing amazing regardless of your circumstances.
