1-Year Break-Up Anniversary

Dear FutureMe, A year ago today, he dumped you in a text message for the last time. You knew that you were not afraid to be alone anymore, and that, while you will always love him, he was never Mr. Right. You refused to take him back. It was the hardest thing ever. Your friends were wonderfully supportive. The best part about it was that after saying "No" and meaning it, you felt completely relieved to have done the right thing. Please remember that feeling and know what you figured out a year ago today: 1. You are a wonderful, strong, independant, intelligent, lovely human being and you deserve to be treated well. 2. You do not need a relationship to be happy. 3. Your friends are wonderful. There is a good reason that you consider them family. You will do anything to ensure their happiness. 4.
