I hope you are doing fine, and also, as I am sending this letter to the beginning of this new school year, I hope that you have finished your homework!!! If not, don't worry just calm down and get to work!
And this is my advice for you. Stop stressing so much all the time without doing anything and just staying on the bed as a couch potato! There is no use with that kind of living.
First you need to adjust your priorities. Don't do just what you feel like doing, stop being lazy! This is your life!! And you are wasting it on social media and YouTube! Concentrate on school, grades, your culture ( yes, read and write a lot!) your health and your friends!
Not popularity, FRIENDS!
Stop worrying about how cool you look, how many guys you like... That shit is worthless!! You need to help your friend, don't expect anything in return! It doesn't work like that! So next time, when you are bored, don't open YouTube.
Call a friend
Write a letter, a story, a post on a blog
Study
Go for a walk
Go to the gym
Read a book
Take a coffee with someone
Get undressed in something
Learn a choreography
And STUDY , I know you are lazy but, once again, ADJUST YOUR PRIORITIES BITCH!! Your grades are important, not only for your university but also for your self confidence! And for your parents, you owe them at least that!
And, others little ting that you need to put in your routine
1) everyday connect with someone, even Someone that you haven't spoken to in a long time, write him a letter, make a call, text, take a coffee, give a little present , YOU NEED TO BE LESS GREEDY A D MORE SWEET!
Stop caring only about yourself, care of others' happiness! Remember the quote from buddy, it went something like this:
You can light a thousand candles with a single one...
Oh, and be nice to your mom and granny
(And also try to reconnect with Cecilia )
2) ditch the computer, as home recreations, you can read dance have a walk,sing ... And write!!! You should really start writing stories! Even if they are bad! It doesn't matter... They will be worth it one day, one way or another at least!
3) I know it's boring, but try to start journaling!!! Here's the deal, if you journal one day you also don't need to write... Ok? But just do it sometimes... Even if it's difficult to get in the zone... It will get easier and you will get better
4) stress is not your enemy, it's just your body preparing to fight... So love your stress because that is a useful motherfuker!!!
5) study!!! BITCH STUDY!!! CAN YOU HEAR ME? DON'T EVEN TRY TO SKIP THIS ONE!!!! YOU ARE NOT TO RUIN YOUR LIFE! OK???
seriously.... Stop procrastinating, just get home eat study sport study recreate ( in a health way) and go to bed early... Unless you haven't finished your homework... You are loosing sleep? Too bad looks like someone is not going out this Saturday!!! Here's the deal: if you don't study or do your homework because you're tired and you need to sleep you also need to sleep in the weekend... With no weed in the Saturday afternoon obviously!!
6) cut down weed! Seriously!
7)now, last but not least, your health!
So, don't panicate or stress over your food... Because you will end with overeating!
So, just stick to these simple rules:
- drink before each meal, don't always eat the dessert ( so it becomes more exciting!!!) and stop eating when you are full... Leave it for later but leave it there! There is nothing bad with that and nothing sad either !
And do some sport everyday! Not always the gym... Put a little bit of yoga, running. Acquago, swimming, dancing... You know, all that jazz !!!
8) this is the fun part!!!!
Everyday challenge yourself with something! Before going to bed or just in the morning while having breakfast! Try something to kick you out of your comfort zone!!! It hasn't to be something crazy ( at least not everyday ahahahah) but do it anyway. The goal is not to go 100 percent all in one but to be every day a little bit better than what you were yesterday!
In the end, you are an amazing person, and also a very lucky one and if you concentrate you can be able to live a very happy life, and affect the others positively too.
