Dear Me,

You’ve been through so much the past few years and lord knows you haven’t always been kind to yourself, but that’s what this year is for.

From now on, I vow to be kinder to you and they say when one door closes, another opens; so this year I will be putting everything I can into learning to love you the way I should and the way you deserve to be loved.
You are so much more than you keep telling yourself, you are beautiful and you are perfect so stop listening to those voices in your head telling you that your nose is crooked, that your forehead is too big and that you don’t think or fit in like most people do. That is what makes you unique and that is what makes you, yourself and you should embrace that with everything you have in you.
