WOL Circle Week 12: What would you do for a friend?

Pick a time in the not-too-distant future, somewhere between 1 and 6 months, and think of what your future self might need then. The purpose is to capture what you’re feeling and thinking now and deliver it later, when your future self may need a boost in motivation or a reminder of what you think is important now. Remember, “What would you tell a friend?” Offer yourself the motivation and support you may need to keep trying.
