Keep fighting. Even if it gets worse. Remember that no matter how much your disability progresses, the people who matter will still love you. Because disability is not shameful. You are a worthy human. No matter how hard ableism hits you, use your resources, educate, make the future better for the next generation of disabled youth. Speak at that event. Write that article. Call that representative. Ableism ends with you.
