A letter from August 7th, 2014

Dear Future Amanda, Right now, you're probably done doing EMT (you've only lasted a year or two huh? I know how much we really want kids). You're probably a RN or trying to become a homicide detective and providing for your family. I'm gonna admit, I really think me and him are gonna last (you know who) so I hope that you're still with him, raising a family. If you're not, then you have become one strong woman, because I can't imagine life without him. Remember to love yourself and remember to not dwell on the past. I know we've been through some pretty rough shit, and I hope the steps I take these coming years will make the life you are living now absolutely amazing. Love is gonna keep you going, you know that. And always rememeber, NEVER GIVE UP. Bad things will come, but they will go. Just listen to Patience by Guns n Roses, that song really keeps us going. I love you, and remember that even when no one else is there for you, you will always have yourself and you're pretty fucking awesome. Also, I'm sure you still don't believe in any god, so don't be ashamed of it, embrace it and if anyone doesn't like it, then they can fuck off. Keep going beautiful! ♥♡♥♡♥
