A letter from Jul 18, 2024

Dear FutureMe, you know I had not expected to live after my 25th. There was expectation of being mobilised and dying on the front. I expected that "faith", and started to live accordingly. But now after I met love, not is sure I'm ready to die. Of course I'm still of the believe that I will go when duty calls, as there is no way I could live in the world where russian wins nor do I want to. Good news is that I feel somewhat alive again because of her. Somewhat strange to say that I could dream again, and think about the future. And all because of her. I hope some problems arose between you two and you were able to solve it. Hope she is alright, tell here I said hi. Since I could plan again and maybe there is a way not to get mobilised and to be useful in the army. Hope you're in the process of getting a degree and becoming an officer, as that way you will be more useful. Hope the new job is alright and kicking, maybe you even found the way to manage two and the same time and have lots of money. I want to promise you a full bullet list. - After getting a new job I will save a 1000$ a month - I will do everything in my power to be useful for the country and not be expendable meat - I will take care of my girlfriend and my family - I will not yield to our problems and demons. I shell fight for you, and you take care of what next.
