Dear FutureMe, Never be afraid to move out of your comfort zone and the safety of the team you are in for new opportunities. Now that you have taken the fist step of joining a Professional Womens Association outside work, use it to build a network and grow your opportunities. I hope you took that Green Belt class and accomplished your goal. I hope you made some new friends along the way and build a better LinkedIn account profile. Look back and see if you made a difference in a project, group meeting, or with an individual that you inspired. Did you do it? Yes, then YAY YOU! If not, better get on it in the next 3 years. Be Bold Girl!!
