A letter from Jun 8th, 2021

Dear FutureMe, Hi. It’s June 8th, 2021 rn. I’m at girls camp rn, during the fireside. I hope you’re doing well. I hope the future is better. Is dad okay? Is he treating us better? How’s high school? . . . Don’t doubt yourself for one second. If I’m reading this, then I know I can do it. You can too. Keep your head up. Life is worth it. I know I’m from the past, but stay. Stay for your friends, for Vern, for yourself. For the opportunities you’ll have. . . . Do you still miss Emma? Do you celebrate her birthday and ***** day? It’s kinda ironic how they’re just the day after each-other. I miss her. It will be 5 years this June. June 20th, her birthday, and June 21st, her ***** day. I’ll celebrate it for the both of us, just in case.
