A letter from November 30th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, Hello! It's me at age 17, writing at Monday 30th November, 2020. It's 20:55. How are you? Have you figured everything that you want to do in the future out? Because right now, I don't know what to do lol. If you're doing good, then amazing... If not then it gets better xxxxx Remember that you is so strong. I know how much you can recover from the lowest of the lows. It was my 17th birthday three days ago (November 27). It was fine, my friends brought in cake to school and I briefly snapchat video called my friends who were self isolating due to covid-19. Eventually they disconnected since I couldn't hear them lmao. By the time this reaches you'll have celebrated your 22nd birthday. How was it? So far my birthdays have been mediocre. I've given up with trying to make them memorable etc, so honestly just never had an amazing birthday... YET. I hope my 22nd one is good lol. Or any other birthdays beforehand I don't care when it happens I just want a good birthday! Usually I don't really do much on my birthdays because I never had a lot of friends... :( You know that though lol. This school year I made a lot of new friends and acquaintances at my new college sixth form, so I'm happy about that. Its only been three months so I'm glad I was able to settle in quickly. But, for some reason I still feel pretty lonely sometimes during the weekends or whatever. I'm used to it though and honestly I don't mind it, but it'd be nice to have someone that talks to me 24\7. Yesterday I downloaded League of Legends. I wouldn't say i'm addicted but according to a twitter mutual (eros), "there's no coming back from LoL". So not excited about that lol. Aren't LoL incels or something? Right. About your twitter account. Do you still have it? Honestly, idc if you do, right now I don't use it as much anymore. Did you leave stan twitter LMAO? If not, then that's okay. How's CLC? They would've disbanded by the time i'm 22 but i hope they're all doing good by then. When you've gotten this I would be in university, or doing an apprenticeship, etc. How has that went? I could have graduated by then too. What course did you pick? Grade? How did you do? I joined the medical society in school just for the sake of it, so I doubt i'd do anything related with medicine. Did you do anything to do with chemical engineering? I've been eyeing that course for around a year now but I don't know if I want to fully commit to it. I have my AS Level mock exams soon. 2nd Dec is MATHS, 3rd Dec is GEO, 8th Dec is CHEM. My geography teacher is so bad. She cannot teach!!! I hope I did well, I'll probably write another one of these after my mock exams lol. Who are your friends now? I bet and hope you're still friends with Barzan, Stephanie, Amelia, Angela (at the very least you speak to her every two weeks or something lol) Thiri, Purvi, Zoe, Sabirin (surprisingly have a lot in common with her.) etc. BUT you've probably made a lot of new friends right? Or maybe even a boyfriend 😱😱 How are they? I hope you (well, i) find love... If not, then it's okay, you're still young and beautiful! xx I think i've developed a lot as a person over the past year. I've become a little bit more talkative, a little more brave, but I still haven't gotten over being a bit lazy. BUT i'm very happy with where I am today as compared to where I was 1 or 2 years ago. If I could make that development in 1/2 years i'm excited as to how I'll be like in 5 years. OOH!!! How's your music production going? I think I made a lot of progress in 1 year. Right now i'm downloading a cymatics pack and writing this to pass the time lol. (wifi is **** and cant do anything else) I don't think you'd have made a career out of it yet - mostly since I don't think that's what I want to do right now. But at the very least I hope you enjoy doing it. I hope that whatever it is that you are struggling through is gotten over with and that you get out of it happily. I hope that you find someone as weird as you to spend time with, whether it be a close friend or a BF hehe... I hope that you are satisfied with life.
