Hello sweetheart, how are you doing?
I am so proud of you. You've had a really awful year & it's been really tough to deal with, but you're starting the next year in such a better place. You feel weaker, but it's only because now you know what you've been dealing with all this time. You've been bumbling around in the dark for so long, with no one to help you; and now the lights have been switched on & you can see that the room you're in is a real state - full of sharp edges and live wires and broken floorboards. The difference now is that you can see the mess - you can avoid the bits that will hurt you and start to fix up the place. You'll probably get a few scratches and splinters, and I know you'll be aching by the time you've finished - but just because you can see how much work there is still to do now, it doesn't mean you won't get there.
Just think of how satisfied you'll feel when you're all fixed up. What a nice, cosy, safe place you'll have created for yourself. And it'll be all yours, until you find someone just as wonderful as you to share it with.
You make me so happy. I love you sweetheart.
