Dear FutureMe,
Remember the time where you were 11 years old? You were inside the car, being driven to school, thinking about life. In your head, you came to the conclusion that happiness is the most important thing about life. In order to achieve this happiness, you must not have any wants. Some days or so later, you were learning about Buddha, who said that one can be happy by not having any desires or cravings. Blah blah blah, you learned about the four noble truths, eight somethings.
What intrigues me presently and that moment was WOAH you were a fricking eleven-year old who came up with that--and Buddha was do much older (I'm Christian). I don't want to be snobby and braggy (even though I really am...), but I just think that it's pretty amazing that I'm young, an average schoolgirl, and figured this out.
I'm currently thirteen, it's January 20, 2020 and I still think it's nice that I'm not some depressed (anymore) (pre-teen/) teen but know this. I guess I can't really tell if other people are like me because I have never been in their world, but I like to think that it's just my special moment--a realization that I don't want to forget.
P.S.
I'd probably cringe at this anyway, but why not?
