A letter from December 31st, 2018

Dear Aaron,

Hello again. ITS ALMOST 2020. That actually sounds like the future. How are you. You can respond that question in the year ahead letter. 2018 was an amazing year and you did things and met people that you never would have imagined. Hopefully you had a even better year this year. You wrote down your favorite moments of 2018, did you do that again this year? We all know New Years resolutions don’t always work, but let’s make some resolutions for 2019? I want to write more, gain more self confidence, learn a skill I can use, and of course go to the gym more often. Gotta be fit for the summer. No pressure but you should also be graduated by now. 🤷🏾‍♂️ If not it’s ok all good things take time. Where are you in your life now? Right now I’m actually happy. Last semester was a bit of a chore but overall it was a great year. Is it absolutely wild to you that your starting a whole new decade, that you will be over 30 by the time it’s over. That’s actually kinda stressful. Anyway I love you, you. And never forget to stay young at heart (even though you are about to be a stinky old man) which is a perfect age to move to New York City 🤪😏
Happy New Year

Aaron at the cusp of 2019
