A letter from January 1st, 2018

Dear Future Me, First and foremost, happy birthday yay!! It's now 10:37pm, December 31st 2017 and I'm at Toronto, Canada. I wonder where and how you are by now hmm. Are you happy? Have you found love? Has life been nice to you? Letters like this are really awkward tbh because we don't usually know what to write so I'll just tell you how I am right now. So, it's 17-year-old Delora writing. This Delora is still in the dark about where she'll be next year (and maybe in the future). This Delora doesn't have any clue what is to come and frankly, she is not ready to be older yet. This Delora is still trying to get over her "Cookie" - the one that doesn't care about her lol what a shame. I really don't know what else to write tbh. Happy birthday to you (me). Please don't ever lose faith in yourself and love. I hope you're enjoying your life =)
