A letter from January 22nd, 2016

Dear FutureMe, You are 21 years old. You don't have anything figured out yet and at this point you should probably stop searching and start living. You're a pretty cool chick. Your friends love you even though you're a flaky bitch and don't return phone calls half the time. You've been struggling trying to get answers to everything but it's the journey not the destination. You don't drink every day anymore, Robbie still does. But, you got on nootropics and so far they've been working like magic. They aren't like adderall or anything. There's no noticeable physical difference. I just feel better and feel more motivated. I'm not as scared to drive on 270 to get to work in the mornings. You applied for a job as an Event Specialist at Target and you got it! You also applied for the Easter Bunny gig at Polaris Mall and you have an interview next month :) You and Pop go to Maryland about once a month to drive back a nice vehicle from their CarMax Auction. You've been slimming down nicely and someones gotta say it but I am extremely proud of you :) You never really took weight loss seriously but now that you are a grown 21 year old it's kind of important. You haven't been bingeing and gourging. I was really worried about you for awhile there. You had a really tough Summer after breaking your ankle and the past 6 months haven't exactly been a cakewalk. You became bulimic for awhile when you were drinking every night. You would wake up every morning feeling like shit and would stuff your face just to throw it up. It was awful and horrid and I hope we never succumb to that again. You're thinking about getting into the Real Estate business. I think you should go through with it. You have always loved houses anyway. Currently you're reading the book SAPIENS. It is amazing and you should carry it with you your entire life. Remember, in case you have forgotten. Love yourself. Love yourself. Love yourself. You're pretty hilarious and your Snapchat stories have been on point lately. Keep working on your jokes and maybe you'll see yourself at Skully's on stage. This time, with a new act! Worry about YOU. Your body, mind, and spirit are the most important things, you are your own universe. Have a great day!
