Dear FutureMe,
Seven years ago to date was the first day you were suppose to start babysitting Sidney and Madison for the 2009 summer. Sidney was at a friend's house so she didn't come today, but Madison was attempting to sound out the words "Early Times Texas Jigger" at the coffee table by your feet. Madison was going on about how she wanted to stay little forever and how she didn't want to drive because she'd never know how. In less than a month, Sidney would turn 9, and in less than two, Madison would turn 7. It seemed to you that time just flew by; after all, you started babysitting Sidney when you were eight. Now you were sixteen, and you knew in the present day, Sidney would almost be your same age!
In the present day, you are 23. I hope by now you are expecting or are planning to have a baby, and that you're happily married. I hope you're almost finished with college, if you haven't graduated yet, and I hope you know the true meaning of gratefulness and blessings.
Remember to value each and every second God gives you and the people you love. Children grow up in the blink of an eye, and life will past faster than you'll know. Live your life, love others unconditionally, and always keep God in your heart.
With remembrance,
Yourself From The Past
