A letter from May 13th, 2011

Dear FutureMe, This was the second option. The first was to write to the one you love. Yeah, the one that's next to you sleeping like an angel despite the snores... Admit it, you think it's kind of cute. Do you remember why you wanted to write him instead of yourself yet? Mostly cause you're stalling. You wanted to send him a message, that he may or may not know is from you. To tell him to look back on his life, and all the things you've been through together. At this very moment, you and him have been together for 3 years, 6 months and 8 days. The last 2 months have been terrible. At one point you grabbed your suitcase and started packing. But you stayed. I want you to now, as this is being read in the future to ask yourself if this is still what you want. Then if the answer is yes, send him the letter you meant to send tonight and chickened out on. You'll know what I mean. Take care of yourself.
