Written March 25th, 2005 (10th grade)

Where to begin. I'm talking to myself. But I'm sure by the time i read this, I won't remember what i wrote. as you can see, im battling my "instand messenger" speak haha. Well right now in my life I'm in 10th grade, Mr. Frahm is an amazing teacher. Swim season starts in november (can;t wait!) i wonder if i'll get a record. i hope. if not, i wouldn't care too much, i've already had so much fun with it, i really enjoy it. I wonder what I'll be...right now I'm leaning towards being a cardiologist, but right now i don't know. and what college will i get into? haha i can sit here all day and ask you questions. but hey...life is good, ive been going out with angela for almost five months now and she's amazing. Andrews at colgate (in fact he just IMed me saying "errh" haha) and is having a great time. Im wearing a colgate shirt now in fact. (and also, angela just IMed me and told me to tell myself in this letter that you're sexy). mom and dad are at the kosmider's for dinner (they left at 7...where are they?!!). Its odd to think that im speaking to you like you're another person, because you aren't. you're me. im you. but a young version of you...clueless, confused, yet ignorantly happy at the same time. so you're 230 eh? how is that? ARE YOU MARRIED YET?!? whoa dude...to think, when i read this, i could be married or something. i hope everything turns out alright, and i hope all my studying and stuff pays off. If we're in a rough patch, don't worry. everything turns out okay...its life. just "truck on" as p-bomb would say. I wonder how this will all turn out though..right now my worries include getting nito the top 10%, getting into NHS, and ultimatley getting into a good college. i mean, i konw im sure ill get into a fine college and all, but you know theres always that chance that things dont go as planned. and im sure things wont always go as planned, but they will work out. I may not become a cardiologist, i may not even do somethign in the medical field. you never know. maybe ill do somehting with spanish (or: tal vez voy a hacer algo con espanol hehe)..or be a teacher, lately ive been wanting to be a teacher. And do me a favor and try to stay in touch with your friends. you've got some great ones. tim, julia, angela, adam, travis, nicole, brooke (and camila and kate)...all great kids. it would be a shame not to keep in touch with them anymore. hhmmm. what else...i wonder how the bush administration will be viewed by the time you read this...as not that big of a deal, or this giant flub up in american history. i dont think it will be remembered any more than past presidents were for somehtign like this. while we're on the subject of politics, why dont i remind you of what your views were 15 years ago. you were a libertarian. you believed that the individual is the most important thing out there. and i hope you still believe that. we're pro-marijuana legalization. haha i wonder if itll be legal by the time i read this, that would rock...i wouldnt say i would do it too much tho. Please take care of your body though, seriously. i hope we continue to swim regularly...its great fun. Well i think im gonna head off to bed now. I'll see you in 15 years. happy birthday by the way.
