A Note From Some Time Ago

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Hey, howzit? ...If I had written this as little as three years ago I'm sure there would be much more angst than there is now. I know that PresentMe is in awe of PastMe. In that classic sense of amazement and fear. I wonder if you feel the same? Have I improved so much yet again that as I am now, the happiest I have ever been since becoming a self-aware being, is pitiable and wonderstriking? Are we in Japan? Are we in Russia? Are we with Tema in Spain? Are we still in Newcastle living off Mum and Dad? Have we finally mastered a language we weren't born into? Have we finally played Gakuen Hevean? Was it worth the wait? Are we still obssesed with anime and videogames? Did we go on exchange? Did they accept us? If they didn't were we dissapointed? Did we cry? Did we get to Nagoya or did they send us somewhere else? Did we make friends? Did we make "friends"? Are we still a virgin? Have we beaten Heathor's mark yet? She was twenty-three when she finally got laid. Did we make it that far? Have we given up yet? Did whoever we did it with try and make it "special" like we were always worried they would? Have we lost weight? Have we gained? Is our hair finally cool like we've always wanted or have we given up entirely? Have we gotten more piercings? As many as we wanted? Are any down there? Did it hurt? How much have we done that we regret? Lots and lots or only a little? Is it important stuff or the usual petty complaints we focus too much on? Are we happy? Are we alone? Are we sick and tired of it all? Have we finally killed ourself like we always said we would? Have we quit and become a hobo? Actually, no, don't tell me. I want to be surprised. From the ever awesome (in all senses of the word), PresentMe (that's PastMe to you)
