Dear FutureMe,
Right now things are a bit rough. He loves you, and you him, but the parents aren't agreeing. FutureMe, don't let him go. He's the best thing that's ever happened to us and he loves us through and through.
Don't let the future friends make your decisions for you, don't let yourself be pushed around. You are amazing, wise, beautiful, kind and know how to love whole heartedly. I hope, FutureMe, that you make it big in your little world. You've got so many amazing qualities, so much talent.
Darling FutureMe, you are you, and I am me. I cannot decide what my future will be like now. So many things could change. Life is life and that's all we know. Just flow with it, do what you want, but listen to your loved ones.
Meet your boy, he's amazing, isn't he?
Marry him- be the one to pop the question. He's a shy booger.
Have his kids- Silly as this sounds to me now, you know how much you love him, you know how much he means, and you know that he's definitly going to be in your life as you grow old be it as a lover, a husband, a friend of an acquaintance.
Laugh loudly, find joy in the little things. Don't be so critical and pessimistic.
But mostly....make sure you DO get to see him. Move to Texas. Visit Texas. See him in Vermont, find him.
Let the world know that internet relationships work, that looks don't have to be the thing to go by.
Show your parents that not every internet related thing is sick and wrong.
Be yourself.
Love yourself.
Listen when you really don't want to.
Give second chances. Third, fourth.
Love without a thought to others.
