Hello!

Now remember that episode of Doctor who when the doctor visits Marie Antoinette many times throughout her life and for him it is just a matter of hours? Well this is going to be a little like that. Only, Me, as in me not you who is reading this is the one in the past, not the future. Don't worry, clockwork robots dressed as french fobs will not be bursting into your room at any moment.
I just want to say hi and to remind you how special you are. I write this at a time which was very difficult for you. You are a surviver and you always have been. Just make sure you get to a point where you no longer have to 'survive', make sure you learn to live. Life is short and there is nothing you cannot do, no matter what parents, friends, employers, advisers and the evil little person that lives at the back of your head thinks.
